Hi Adults, Hi Teenagers,Hi Kids :)
Today is the 成人式 (Coming of age ceremony) day in Japan.
The best Day to see youngsters in Kimonos filling up the streets.
And each time all the Japanese supposed to have become adults this year (wondering lol).

| This is a picture of a COA ceremony I have no right upon (the person who looks way taller than me ;)) But I found it really cool. Just pay attention to the faces, some are worth a "Where's Wally?" |
See you :)

2014 1/1 H-ere we go again-APPY NEW YEAR.
HAPPY NEW YEAR!
Is something I hate to say,
Come on, who knows it's gonna be good?
That's only the very first beginning.
But yeah, we should underline some of our life events,
so the soup can become bortsch.
If only the mere action of "wishing" could make it "happening".
It sounds as gambling on our own destiny,
It sounds like a enthusiastic Horse racing.
Speaking of Horse racing, good thing, this year is the one guys.
The Horse Year (tadam), might be the best time to start trusting that
betting on yourself could be good.
I should give it a try sometimes.
Here's some of the traditional 年賀状we use to send for new year,
as always there's some classics, quickly overstepped by non-sense ones (including more motor bikes than horses....)
But wait "Horse power" is as a matter of fact made for overtaking, right?

With Love, from under and above : )

18 / 12 Holidays, If I may?
A normal introspection when asking for holidays in Japan...
This is a drawing I've made for my last holidays, I needed to ask for a 1 week off the next month.
I was so freaking out it would be turned down (and I have reasons to, I have this bad habit to book my flight tickets BEFORE asking for my holidays), anyway I was so freaking out that instead of asking for "a week in one month" I did asked for "a month in one week"...
(You see then LawwwLing)
haha
This makes me now remember when I said to my Boss last time "Hey, I need to go to the Emirates on Monday" and he started this long discussion, like "But we need you here, why all of a sudden?" And after 15 minutes I was like "Embassy, Oh did I forget to say "Embassy?" Yes I'm going after work, I won't miss anything."
I think my Boss is always wondering if I'm crazy or If I just fancy pulling people's legs around.
Hum.
Well, This time (Yesterday) I really did asked for a full month OFF. See the trip? Same situation without the end : ) I was wondering If I should just remove the last square and post it again : ). But I'm really sure I'll have a reason to draw this surely upcoming new funny situation that awaits me somewhere before I'm off work. I don't know why destiny always gives me the hell of a "fantastic adventure" I have to deal with each time I decide to take holidays : )
Most of the times that consists in blood, more blood and hospital grand tours :D
Hope destiny is going to be nicer with me this time!
Love,
Olve

UAE(アラブ首長国連邦)の建国記念式典に参加してきました。。
UAE(アラブ首長国連邦)の建国記念式典に参加してきました。 UAE(アラブ首長国連邦)の建国記念式典に参加してきました。。
UAE(アラブ首長国連邦)の建国記念式典に参加してきました。。
UAE(アラブ首長国連邦)の建国記念式典に参加してきました。。
UAE(アラブ首長国連邦)の建国記念式典に参加してきました。
12/1 Far from Fame, Filled with Blame.
Excuse me.
Of what.
No, nothing, just to say. Just in case.
In case of what.
My head's too heavy, I guess.
Too heavy on my shoulders, I won't be able to bear that much longer.
Not heavy with knowledge, sadly.
Not filled with intelligence I'm afraid. Rather with Guilt.
But Guilt is good, at least that stands for... Experience.
At least that stands for...Sacrifice, sometimes.
Well, I'm not sure God would agree to let me this one, this time.
My only feeling? "That's anyway too late"
Or something alike.
A Bell ringing that no Bell would ever ring anymore.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This is the main and only difference between now and before, the hell-fuck-screwthemall is the same,
Same amount of Spices and Salt. I just don't like this taste anymore.
I just don't wanna fight for myself anymore.
This horrible bitterness the lack of courage leaves on the tongue.
The same despicable feeling with a different ME in front.
Not that I don't wanna run away anymore, rather that I can't run away anymore.
As this time I would have to run away from myself.
And the impossibility this idea involves makes me wanna puke my heart.
Let me cut myself into two, Sir. There's a part of me I don't wanna meet no more.
An all-over fingerprinted-part of me, people marked like they would have done with fresh concrete.
It's too hard but too late now.
I've tried to clean,
To delete,
Erase,
Hide.
Drown,
Dismiss,
Explode,
Rewrite.
Let me tell you,
Let me tell you one thing, Sir.
Let me tell you.
Life is better with no words.

11/26 The (Japanese) city that never sleeps.
Hi there!
What have you been up to recently?
As for me, I'm just everyday having exciting home-office-home round trips : )
That, as boring as it sounds, make me go back and forth thru the beautiful city Shibuya is.
I was thus thinking,
the fact you see something (you do, or you just know you'll always be able to) shouldn't make
So, now frankly speaking,
As for me, I'm just everyday having exciting home-office-home round trips : )
That, as boring as it sounds, make me go back and forth thru the beautiful city Shibuya is.
I was thus thinking,
the fact you see something (you do, or you just know you'll always be able to) shouldn't make
you forget how outstanding it is, and that some people have to come from faaaar away to be
able to do so (something I forgot to do with Paris maybe....).
So, now frankly speaking,
Shibuya is better that New York. What "No"? Whay "Don't you say that"?
No-Yes-Come on I say-what-I-wanna-say "What What""Okay bring it on"
"Don't You daaaare"
Haha, Okay, no, seriously I mean It.
Shibuya is the noise's nirvana. The sleeping pills' hell. And it's just so cool.
In a childish way.
It's just "Oh, Ah, Eee" All around (The last Eee is the Japanese one indeed ^___^)
Here you have an update version of a drawing I've did before, with some variations :D
If you have sometime free between 2 and 3am, just feel free to visit the crossing,
It would be as agitated as a 2-3pm ^_^
Bye for now, and until soon,

10/04 Unemployment rates in Japan?
Something you can't ignore living in / coming to Japan:
USELESS JOBS
"Come on, that's not useless, that's a way of lowering the unemployment."
One could say.
But, come on, seriously...
You DO NOT need Ten people in line indicating you that you have to take the escalator which obviously goes up if you wanna go up,
and the one which obviously goes down
if you wanna go
...
down.
As you probably will be happy with, but certainly won't ABSOLUTELY NEED
Twenty people thanking you for buying a Croissant.
That's a chance we're not required to reply back each one of them with a highly long Japanese "You're welcome"
: )
